BREEDING
Bluebonnet Hills offers breeding services to several top quality herd sires. Our sires are all multiple award-winners. The herd sire page on this website gives descriptions with pictures of the sires available for outside breedings. Ask about our unique live-birth guarantee and our guaranteed female cria option.
BOARDING
Bluebonnet Hills offers alpaca boarding at very competitive pricing. Alpacas boarded at Bluebonnet Hills become part of the herd and are loved and cared for just as if they were owned by Bluebonnet Hills.
FIBER
Bluebonnet Hills offers alpaca fiber by the ounce in a variety of different colors.
ALPACA PRODUCTS
Bluebonnet Hills offers a variety of products made from the luxurious, soft fiber of the alpaca. Some of the products available include sweaters, scarfs, capes, gloves, socks, and our own Totally Texan throws made from the fiber of our own alpacas and processed into throws totally in Texas. We have recently added our Texas raised 100% alpaca and alpaca blend yarns in a variety of natural colors. In addition, we offer cuddly, soft teddy bears in a variety of sizes and we frequently have other stuffed animals available.

When we first became interested in alpacas, the industry seemed overwhelming. Farms, alpacas and sales seemed to bombard us. In spite of our limited resources and knowledge, however, we decided to take the plunge and purchase some companion males to train as public relations/performance animals.

The Binders sat with me and thoroughly explained the ajistment contract, both long and short term, including probable additional cost, such as worming and vaccinations.
